Today in Latvia Polisn NT beat in a friendly game Latvia NT 80:61. Poland to victory led Adam Wojcik, who has 19 points. For Latvia most points scored three player - Janicenoks, Valters, Cipruss - all has 10 points.

Latvia vs. Poland 61:80 (kwarty: 26:19, 16:24, 10:23, 9:14)

Poland: Wójcik 19, Pluta 14(2), Ignerski 9(1), Dylewicz 8(1), Koszarek 3(1) oraz Hyży 9(1), Nordgaard 7(1), Szewczyk 6, Skibniewski 3(1), Korytek 2 , Sarzało 0, Chyliński 0, Diduszko 0.

Latvia: Janicenoks 10(2), S.Valters 10(2), Cipruss 10, Helmanis 8(2), K.Valters 6(2) oraz Buskevics 5(1), Skele 4, Timmermans 4, Grafs 2, Jahovics 2, Skirmants 0, Blums 0

ok, thanks bro... it just seemed very weird that someone is playing in the middle of the WC, for some reason I thought no games were played during this time...

Estonia will play in same EC2007 qualification group than Latvia (with Denmark and Croatia). Weak Latvia is good for us. :)

in the 2nd game Latvia won by 96:65 :cool:

Bad result :(, but Poland play today with 2nd team. Wojcik didnt play, and Pluta play only 5 minutes :rolleyes:

In every friendly game there are 2 or 3 players who aren't playing. This time they were Jahovičs and Šķēle. If we speak honestly, then Jahovičs hasn't got any chances for a big playing time and is only 5th or 6th from the bench players.
