Info about Rony Fahed

What are your thoughts about Rony Fahed and how he plays, is he the future of Lebanese basketball? I had the pleasure of watching him play, he seems to have a very aggresive offensive game and is very quick. Is there any competition in the LEB when both Fadi and Fahed on the same Blue Stars team??

yes there willl be competition cuz riyadi were very strong the last 2 years and dominated the whole asian continent with joe vogel,ali mahmoud and very strong foreighners and were beating every team in asia by atleast 30 points, i remember they beat fast link of jordan who were asian champs last year by 45 :) and it was sad that riyadi did not participate in that tournament . Now that blue stars r stronger we have 2 very strong teams in asia and the asian club cup should easily be ours if either 1 of these teams play . :cool:

frankly , i feel bad when talkin about lebanese clubs coz the club i support (sagesse ) is over

but this year well see a big competition ....

but i wanan say rony isnt our future he isnt that younbg we have younger players they r the future ( elie stephan , mazen mneimneh , ...and a lot more)

about rony , hes a player i played with personally , w i follow all his games ... hes the best he isnt afraid from any shot he takes the shots he has and he scores alwayz .. high percentage .. and he uses his minds a loooot .. hes so smart .. with fady along thios year its gonna be gr8 to watch BS vs riyadi ... maybe i can get for u guyz in the forum some videos to see this season ....

oh and by the way ... rony had a couple of offers after the world cup in europe ( i think in czech rep. )

but the offer was so small .. and off course he prefered to play in lebanon with stronger teams and along with fady el khatib in the same team

I think rony is a very talented player and what makes him a star is his courage he is very courageous he can take shots at the last seconds with no fear. But i dont think he is the future of Lebanon cz he isint young. I always said we as sagesse should have took rony as our guard.
