Kazakh champions signed two big men for next season: Andreas Glyniadakis from Olympiacos and David Simon from Radnički Kragujevac.

Funny thing is that Astana is probably going to play in EuroChallenge next season...
Am I the only one who sees EUROchallenge as competition of EUROPEAN teams?

I am hoping to see the champs of Angola joining the Euroasianafrican Challenge as well!
Seriously, Astana should be forcing FIBA Asia to create their own intercontinental league instead of this crap.

Didnt know Kazakhstan is isolated in Asia and no one of the countries surrounding Kazakhstan wants to play them in any sports and wants to deal with them in general...well maybe nowadays because of Borat...;) hey, lets make an excemption for all teams hat want to join the worthless Euro Challenge. Thought it will cancelled anyway.

I have never said I like that as well. And...I'm still waiting to see Chinese team in the Euroleague. But it won't take long, if things continue like this...
EDIT: We all know that Israel's case is different. You should know that, too, if you understand situation in the region.
