i dont think so coz both parents of palarca is pure pinoy....

Mike Palarca 's dad is filipino , but mom is not Pinoy, He is a very good guard. Quick and fast. With excellent ball handling skills. the only drawback is he is only 5'10 listed but I do not think he is 5'10 at all. Seen him play here in San Fernando Valley. He is playing in a D1 NCAA here in the US .
