Actually the youngest player to start a game in the NBA is none other than 7'0 1/4 Andrew Bynum of the LA LAKERS. He already break the record of Jermaine O'Neal 2 seasons ago when the LAKERS select him in the 2005 NBA Draft.

I don't know which player was they youngest in Slovenia.
Three players that made the most impact at 16 were Milič, Bečirovič and Udrih - they all must've been 16 and a few months when playing in the first league.

However Udrih wasn't as talented as the later two, Bečirovič after being called as the 2nd coming of Dražen and posting 20 points per game at the age of 19 in euroleague, almost dropped basketball due to knee injuries 2 years later. While Milič, after (97/98 Philadelphia/Phoenix) becoming the youngest international ever (at that time) to play in NBA, bulked up too much loosing even that little of shooting mechanics he had before, becoming just a great role player far from fulfilling his supposed full potential. Nachbar was there as well at the similar age, but didn't get as many minutes on court.
anyway slovenian 1.A league isn't exactly the strongest so there are quite some players receiving some chances at the age of 16, but I can't really remember anyone younger getting a chance there...

Although I'm not sure who was the youngest player 2 have played in the greek league, I think it was Sofoklis Schortsianitis at the age of 15,5 playing 4 Iraklis against Panionios.
