The basketball is played between age 8 - 12 yrs.

According to FIBA:

Mini-Basketball is a rich and unique experience for boys and girls to be introduced to basketball, paving the way for their long-term involvement in the sport.

It is based on sound educational principles, which provides the opportunity for the physical, intellectual, emotional and social development of the children.
