just reading our conversation since 2011. You mentioned leaping ability and mid range. I guess I've done that now. He is doing double handed slam dunks with a 78 cm vertical. Can shoot consistent 2's and 3's now. Thanks for the advice back then.

He is working out once a week for weights training but we are closely limiting it to stop too much jarring of the long bones. We do not want it to ossify just yet and sacrifice potential growth for height. As of now the plan is to let him establish his basics first, get used to his growth spurts, do speed drills and flexibility. We will train for power and explosiveness starting next year when he is 15 closer to 16.

i am actually going to ask the Gilas director for basketball operations about it. let's see kaya lang they tightened the budget daw. from the looks of it MVP would exit and would ust make his "fair" contribution rather than foot the whole bill. laki daw talaga nawalang pera and walang kinikita sa team na ito. You cannot co-relate this team to the cell phone services kasi.
