It seems list changed slightly according to
    http://www.africabasket.com/Senegal/...?NewsID=238125

The Lions of Senegal won't be able to count on the services of Antoine Mendy (198-F-83) as their basketball federation didn't manage to organize a insurance for the player.

Article says only 11 players flew to Madagascar. It is not clear if they can add 12th player so late.

    Other thing is
Instead of Ousmane Gueye now Malick Badiane is listed in roster (not Pape Badiane that played for France and basketball citizenship was problematic)

This seems to be final 11-men Senegalese roster
    Thierno Niang
    Mamadou Ndoye
    Xane D'Almeida
    Mouhammad Faye
    Elhadji Ndiaye
    Maleye NDoye
    Pape Thiendou Diasse
    Papa Ndiaga Dia
    Malick Badiane
    Babacar Toure
    Boubacar Coly

Though there were some problems departing from Dakar (as usual), NT should be training and playing friendlies against local teams in Bilbao, Spain right now.
