When you look at Sri Lanka, it's shocking what kind of teams are competing there. Sri Lanka looks like a team that wouldn't even be able to compete on the streatcourt around the corner. Pretty much everyone on Team Philippines should score in double figures against a team like that.

28-9 after first Quarter. Sri Lanka will get slaughtered by every team they face.

34-12 with 5 minutes to go in the half. Sri Lanka could hardly be considered a basketball team, while Philippines is not really impressive either - playing a little too relaxed.

    44-17 at Halftime

Lousy game - easy win! FIBA should really reconsider its qualifying methods for this tournament. Our local girls school team couldn't play too much worse than Sri Lanka does.

25% 3pointers and 44% frfom the line for Philippines - a lot of need for improvement until they start facing the real teams.

Team Philippines only doing the least nescessary today - can't say if they can't play any better than this or just don't want. Sri Lanka at the other end is not capable of showing anything at all.

    Halftime 44-17 for RP.
Yes, they will win this game but if they continue to play this brand of game, reaching quarterfinals will be questionable...
I hope they'll make the adjustment soon!

    Still GO RP!
