Sri Lanka should look to score 10 pts in a quarter today, as yesterday they only had 9, 8, 9, 5.

Korea by 100. Ha Seung Jin misses 10 free throws and still ends up with 23 points (4 dunks) in 26 minutes.

The expected rout has begun. South Korea's torrid shooting continues with 40 points in the first quarter alone. 40-16 end of first quarter.

OMG I just saw Ha Seung Jin missing a layup vs 190cm center and then commits a nonsense foul on defense.

For an ex-NBA guy he needs to be better than that.

maybe he's intimidated by the Sri Lankan defense on that instance only...

While Korea is leading by 42 at half time, I'm not liking what I'm seeing. Their defense in my opinion is pretty bad, resulting in a lot of open looks for Sri Lanka a.k.a. "the amateurs". The Koreans gamble on steals, use a lot of hands instead of body, and just couldn't keep up with the little passes. On offense they were also hurrying shots; maybe they were just practicing, because you really don't need to do that against short players like Sri Lanka.

Ha Seung-Jin is good only at drawing fouls against 190cm centers and clanking all ensuing free throws. On the other hand, #12 Yang Hee Jong made a lot of 3 pointers.

Bang Sung Yoon in 3rd quarter made 7 three pointers

The Koreans looked lackadaisical on defense and rebounding. Sure they have an insurmountable lead but still that is just not how championship teams play...

Korea will win this game by a big margin but they still allowed Sri Lanka to score more than 50 pts...

    122-54 Final

Korea didn't play any defense in 4th quarter. The entire game all they did was shoot three pointers.

I dont think Korea was aiming to beat PHI's rout on SRI.
They can beat SRI as much as 150+ if they want to. They are preserving their energy.

Still, I think, Philippines is a better defensive team than Korea. They just allowed Sri Lanka to score 31 points the whole game as compared to 54 allowed by Korea.
