it's always been like this for most of this Powerade NT games since the Jones Cup..having different first fives spoils the broth for our NT..natatambakan tau sa kapaan ng kapaan..
It's ironic to see limited efforts from players with maximum salary.
I wish they would apply "sabermetrics" in those financially challenged PBA teams to acquire players who are value for their money.

I am still holding to this consolation after the Jordan game: "Imagine the repercussions if we won".

well... this is basketball everybody are contributing and suggesting what is best.. everybody has its own game plan..and coach YG and the rest of the team are also have a game plan.. and both are willing to win this competition its either you are the fans of RP team or team PILIPINAS itself the coaching staff and the players... but it comes short...well, as I can see the RP NT doing everything...

To team PILIPINAS, CONGRATULATIONS.. your efforts and time and the well to win, count me in to accept whatever you have achieve to this competition... I think you guys are also willing to win the game because you been there in the battle ground.. we the fans hurt but you guys more.. move on.. plan again...we support you TEAM PILIPINAS!

Moreover, this is a competition..one get a win and one get a loss..

nah...not enough.if he could score 20 and lead us to victory in this game then that would be the time that we could say that he played better than kerby in this tournament.

I'm watching the game at atdhe.net

This is pathetic. We were down by 17 in the 2nd quarter and Yeng did not even call a timeout. We are playing to lose. He is experimenting again and giving his favorite player Santos to redeem himself.

Your right Solar is protecting their investments the reason this game is not being shown, they want people to forget FIBA-Asia already just bec we failed to qualify.

I know what I'm saying is speculation but its d@mn disappointment to not see your NT on national TV when they are still fighting. Sheez~

    Second Quarter summary:
    - We're shooting bricks from the 3-point area, only 25%, while Qatar is shooting very well from there, 55%.
    - We're also shooting bricks from the 2-point area, only 39%, while Qatar is shooting very well also from there, 53%.
    - Still losing the rebounding battle, 25-17
    - Seventeen point lead by the Qataris at the half.

Not good, definitely. Looks like we will now be gunning for seventh if we lose this game.

there's nothing fancy about the way Qatar plays basketball..they are just more efficient and more fundamentally sound against our NT from what I am saw during the first two quarters.

I hope after the 1st half RP will make some adjustments, seems like the 3pt shooters of Qatar are having their open looks althroughout the 1st half

I'm not able to watch my DSL speed is slow and crappy, is our guys even making an effort out there or did they pretty much didn't play like what happened back in 2007 when we didn't qualify?
