1. Samboy Lim: I think it's Quinito Henson who popularized the term HEAD & SHOULDER fake in the 80'S 90'S circa for PBA broadcasting. The move in which Samboy would blew by his defender from an isolation play. Though if you observe this move by Samboy after (or simultaneous? )the HEAD and SHOULDER fake Samboy would dribble ( crossover) to the other side and goes strong to the hoop.Now people just call it crossover dribble . Galing, nung 80'S and early 90's ba ginagawa ni Samboy sa PBA ang crossover.
