this is true but not entirely.I mean after Thutcher (sp?) english hooligans,by far the worse in europe were suddenly tamed like little sheep.Does it mean that in just a couple years the english society changed? No.
Why the heck we greeks have this inferiority complex?Do you think that englishmen, german, french are better people than us?more "civilised" ? Well no,not at all.And just a quick look at their bloody history will easily convince you of this.

The problem is :LAWS and the enforcement of them. Also the biggest plague of greek society : Corruption. That's the reason for our economical situation now, that's the reason for the vast majority of society's disease we face right now.

After some hours I actually see the what happened as very sad. It saddens me, really. Basketball does not deserve this. And I think even PAO fans should be worried about this. It could actually have happened with their fans and the image the world gets from Greek basketball might affect them as well. Will a player have the desire to play there (for any money) knowing he could get injured, killed or stopped from winning a game and celebrating a title? Call me pessimistic, but I think the situation is very serious. Everyone should be worried.
Hot coins in the past made a league distinct and even "colourful" in the light of happened yesterday. It was too much. Search people everytime they enter the court, it's enough I guarantee you.
Instead of a team celebrating with a trophy on their hands, you get a court full of rubbish and flares burning. Sad, sad...

The championship of parody has come to an end.

The people who blew up everything in game 3, and who caused an eruption are now trying to come on top. They seek the “morally responsible”, and they talk about “shame for sport”, "Kafrous" etc….and we have the referee committee refusing to speak in order to “protect the(ir) sport”…..things that cause laughter the least. Bigger laughter is caused by reading Pao official statement, talking about being governed by a feeling of sadness for all this….we can feel their sadness.

So our answer is the following: Basketball deserves to have a champion, a champion who should have the right to celebrate even in opponent's home, but this sort of basketball deserves to be always decided in the courts. We don't care how and what, but from now on, this is how it will go! If you don’t care for the sport, or you just care but under your own rules, and you want to play with peoples nerves, patience and intelligence, we don’t give a damn either, we apply our own rules and whatever sits on the gamble, very simple. You wanted to celebrate your fake title in SEF like gentlemen....ok. And on top of what happened in game 3, under the push (again!) of the ref trio who came to fire another sparkle (??), whereas everybody expected from them to favor Olympiakos only to go for a game 5, which would be even worse than game 3....Not even that. Now go and take the paper from the court and frame it.

Talking for moral, and morally responsible:

The police, which has categorized civilians based on club preferences. Those….responsible people with the tear-gasses ready in hand poisoning all of the Olympiakos stadiums inside and out in every sport for nothing, who provoke Olympiakos fans in every opportunity, like yesterday outside. Your best friends...I only feel sorry for Aggelopoulos and for nothing-noone else.

Why do you think this is worse than other times? it has happened many times in the recent past just like this or even worse. Maybe it didn't draw as much attention, but this is nothing new

Yeah. How dare they disallow you to lynch them, tramp on them and then enter the arena unchecked for dangerous objects How dare they try to empty the arena after the crowd threw all that stuff on the court trying to hit bball players?

You should better blame the refs... oh sorry , I thought we were talking about the 3rd game. I guess that in the 4th one they were ok huh? How many points was Oly behind again?

At least we know who is not responsible. Giannakis's "save a couple of TO's to take home" coaching, the sophisticated attack plays which specificaly state max 3 passes and shooting from 7m with a defender right on your face, Teodosic shooting guarded for 3 with 13'' on the shot clock taking just one failed pick, Kleiza's "I get the ball, I shoot the ball" behaviour, Childresses's and Papas's downtown %'s with the defense giving them 2m space on the 3point line, having a defense oriented coach trying to run a run-and-gun playing style with run-and-gun playing material, having the coach basically not talking with your last years best tall guy and your last years best defender, the owner bros's and newspaper statements-articles that climaxed the hotheaded crowds idiocy to ruining whatever slim changes the team had to try to win.

No, it was the refs, the police and the dogs that were taking a crap on the pasalimani square fault. Your end was perfect

Oh, we are scared, hools. Hahahahhaha! A typical Olympiacos fan. That's why we call them sheep and employees. They don't have a clue about basketball, they blindly obey the bullshit propaganda that the "red" journalists serve them (Olympiacos the best team, blame the refs mpeeeeeeeee) and they don't mention that they shot an average of 9 more 1pt shots than the Emperor in every match of the finals. The truth is that Pana is a far better team and some red panties went brown during the 3rd and the 4th game.

Oeoe oeoe Championship inside the Piece and Friendship stadium (aka eksoxiko)!
Without resistance and against all: the sheep-employees hools and Voreadis-Koromilas slaughtering refereeing (+20 1pt shots).

Zots has agreed to sign a new contract for 2 more years and he said that he wants to keep every player of the team. This means for minimum 2 more years, the customers won't have the opportunity to laugh.

Oh, something more. Coach Obradovic stated during the year that his dream is to make Panathinaikos the greatest club ever in Europe. Turin, here we come!

    Awwwwww

Poor red fans, wrongfully accused, just because they threw some stileto knives and water fossets to PAO players.

I mean, when will this green propaganda stop?

First PAO don´t let them win just because they thought they were going to and the police doesn´t allow them to kill PAO players.

I mean this is pure discrimination.

Who do you think you are, the Red Khmer?

I'll comment only on the bold. The rest is not worth reading from a "blind fan who doesn't have a clue about bball"(yet his non-bball related avatar has more 2 do with bball than your nick).
There r practically no "red" journalists. The majority of them r sheep of your team's board.
The "Emperor" of greek bball is a nickname given 2 Aris. That will not change no matter how many championships Panathinaikos will get. Just like the "Legend" nickname is synonymous in greek sports with Olympiacos.

Even the lame grandma knows whatever "objective" in Greek sports journalism is moving around, leans towards the Lahana color The following day of game 4, suddenly newspapers remembered their "devastation" for violence with the title "Ημαρτον! Οι καφροι σκοτωνουν τα σπορ!" And nobody from them had to say something else, perhaps related to it.....It took them exactly one season full of violence at all levels to remember it....These guys "tsatsoi" are so funny. Sometimes you can really feel their real devastation behind an "objective" front-page after an Olympiakos success

There's a known insulting chant by Pao fans, which refers to Olympiakos as "legend" I have to admit, the best feeling is when I hear thousands of them shouting "Legend", making the stadium trembling.

I don't mean reporters that cover Olympiacos' news. I mean journalists respected or acknowledged in the greek bball world.
4 every Melagies there is an Asproulias. I don't refer 2 them, but 2 others who keep sucking up.

Ok, which are the "green" journalists you are referring to? Skoudis? Papadogiannis? Karidas? Surigos? Magoulas?

    @TWISM

Was "Thrylos" appointed to Olympiacos by fans of other teams or journalists of the time, or was it self-appointed with the red hymn "Thryle ton gipedon, Olympiake...". Cause if it was the latter then oly is not a legend by general acception. Same goes for Aris. Was "Emperor" appointed be their fans or by journalists and other fans?

and btw in greek sports culture "Thrylos" is synonymous to Oly, but under no circumstances is it synonymous to the actual meaning of the word (legend). Or at least not for any non-oly fan.
