everybody told me that women in england are horribly ugly. i thought that was a stereotype. then, few years ago, i went to london and realize that ˝stereotype˝ is 100% true

I know!! But this stereotype can negatively affect us. Once, my neighbor, who is not quite as muscular and intelligent as me, got a job in California. When he went there, they fired him because he was way too handsome. It's a shame that we get discriminated against like that.
"I really like the attitudes of eagles. They never give up. When they grab a fish or something else, they never let it go. It doesn't matter. In a book, they write they find a skeleton of [an] eagle and there is no fish. It means that the fish beat him and killed him, but he didn't let go." -- Donatas Motiejunas

Rik doesn't want to brag, but I can confirm that he totally lives up to the stereotype of all Icelanders being former World's Strongest Man winners.

Newman: From a certain connection, I've been able to locate some black market shower heads. They're all made in the former Yugoslavia, and from what I hear the Serbs are fanatic about their showers.

Jerry: Not from the footage I've seen.

The biggest "basketball stereotype" is that all tall people play basketball.

Well some tall people may detest basketball and have never ever played the game, but they always get asked if they have... LOL

Man being almost 2 meters tall will get you some attention whether you like it or not
I just hope there were some hot chicks who were asking you that question and you got some action from them at the end (that's where your height advantage would be a blessing)

Of course I know that, but it's still my duty to fight the stereotype. Otherwise we might see more ugly anti-Portuguese prejudice like this:

Well, I am not going to lie here so let me tell you a story about this to all from UKO's quotes even though he is banned already.

first time I came to China, met a british girl from a china learning forum everyone frequents when they are about to come and study or work or settle down in china.

met good friends through that actually that i still hang out with. anyways met a british chick 1st time was for hanging out 2nd time drinks and my smooth "keith stone" move of "you have any more beer upstairs" and BAM got it on. I woke up hte next day realizing I had drunk too much before even asking her back to her room. and drinking the beer didnt help any in mouthwash nor the rise of the dough through yeast...actually it's pretty disturbing i would say this....

Rik she spent sometime in portugal for cross uni. studies. she told me the portugese sure love their fish. i'll let you define that anyway you want. but as Bobby's world once said "underwater the fish don't stink"

let me continue to roll about stereotypes and sexuality.

SE ASIAN women are sterotypically known to be just horny as hell.

Though I limit my experience to only Malaysian and Philippine females, it is enough for me to conclude the philippine nation was the closest toto giving me penile fracture.

Korean girls, my friends and I call them "Ghost Deer" because you see them and they disappear. let me explain. for foreigners(i.e. you arent korean) korean girls are jsut the hardest thing to date or get. if you arent korean dont even bother dating one because u wont get any, stereotype wise.

my libido must be up since I am eating a tuna fish on ciabatta here in starbucks and drinking chocolate.

Another stereotype, um partially true. actually IMO its quite true.

Should any of you ever come to China to visit, live, work, whatever the reason may be and you love basketball then you are in luck! China is a basketball crazy nation.

Now with those words in mind of crazy for basketball you need to know some things. Perhaps Sinoball and others who've been in China or from China can attest to this. DON'T start a fight or get into a fight in China, especially in basketball. in the most simplest stereotypical sense, Chinese people are straight up "gangsta". If you need proof look at china nt vs syria o was it lebanon in 2001 or early 2000s; china vs puerto rico, china vs an australian all star team, china vs some chicago all star team; Ba Yi Rockets vs G'town Hoyas (if you guys don't know Ba Yi is china's military pro sports team, they are some bad dudes in that team..not to mention they roll deep "add rap quote here"). recently even in fighting amongst domestic teams occurs. couple years back liu wei(china's natl team captain and shanghai sharks pg, yao's homeboy) and Gabe Muoneke got into an altercation after the fight with a PG Rated crowd! (http://hoopshype.com/blogs/muoneke/china-madness) <--more info there, actually a very good read; more recently beijing vs shanxi in semifinals game 4 and he crowd got into it. Why is it the Chinese fan favorite to be rowdy are water bottles and lighters thrown...(someday in my most nomadic tones I would love to see a bunch of chinese fans go at it with some hooligans form europe, it would be interesting)

Now let me get to the point. When playing basketball in China, depending on where you play physical play may be taken as an act of aggression on them..wait more like on the Chinese ethnicity/society..pretty much the chinese are thinkin "yo (homeboy/whiteboy/foreigner/and any other condescending word to describe your foreign non chinese background... why you gangbangin in my hood son?! lemme show you my posse and how i roll son!"

Now depending where my fellow interbasket posters are from, means it depends on your society's rules of "fistacuffs coda"<street slang for fight code honor> where I grew up in upstate new york if you fought. you fought 1v1 it was your honor vs theirs and anyone jumping in or helping a person beat someone ass on the ground was considered the utmost uncivilized form of a duel (think british red coats in line and americans shooting at them from cover and then running away<--soo uncouth). My wife once said to (play michael bayish soft sad reminiscing music) me, "honey don't ever get in a fight in China, I will not be worried about you but I will be so scraed about the outcome"...I am considered small by standards at a mere 170cm and a now pudgy 78kg(after taking 2 shits in a day), I am no slouch either. My days of watching David Carridine do kung fu before he succumbed to ogasmic asphyxiation in some thai hookers hotel closet, taught me the ways of self defense...also I watch a lot of porn and switch off on left and right hand...my forearms are so ripped from watching lots of porn...my right hand is used for the deep strokes, meaning more power for each square force. my left hand used for the finishing move, meaning speed and agility in fights where i need to go in surgical strike move when hand on hand combat/fighting.

I then pondered as to her statement many years ago, although still sticky and wet to my memory cell. I then proceeded to laugh, I quickly said "why?“ My ignorant american self, then listened as my wife(gf at the time) said "In China the only rule of fighting is to win because face is important" I didn't fully take this to heart until about 2009, 3 yrs ago. Some of you may have known that I used to participate in a Intramural summer league here in BJ for summer bball. in 2009 the finals occured between african students of various uni in beijing vs one of the chinese teams (who I'm pretty sure some of them were at one point in their life part of the basketball program/academy of state sponsored china) towards the end the african team was winning and eventually a fight ensued on court. At first I didn't think of it, I said okay they'll break it up even though they are throwin wild punches at each other. it only became a snowball effect as the whole teams brawled and out of a corner of my eye I saw someone making a phone call. and the people watching also got into it.

So in the most stereotypical sense, the most dangerous thing my wife said to me was when fighting in china its not the 3 guys that may fight you against 1 but one of the guys at a corner calling anyone he can get on his cell phone list.

After seeing this incident I did actually get into a semi altercation that summer of 2009, a guy I was guarding performed a jump shot, I did my best to defend him like shane battier but only ended up stealing a page from bruce bowen's defense strategy book, by accidentally(and I mean this in the utmost sense) putting my left foot a bit too far ahead, hence his shoe landing on my foot and rolling his ankle. I tried to assess the siuation by asking him what happened only to be met with quick shove of my hands from him, and his 2 buddies immediately cornering me. those 3 guys including gimpy the bruce bowened ankle, were not small 1 looked like he ate hamburgers on a daily basis and finished it off by raping ronald mcdonald on his 180cm frame, the other more to my size but had a sweet ass phone, and gimpy whom I guarded all day and form his frame he did hit the weights.

As I was being cornered on open court, I immediately apologized and walked away with my hand up in the air. In the words of Sun Tsu, Run away to fight another day. but In my version. I could kick gimpy on the ground take the other guy my size if im feeling good but there is no way ronald mcdonald rapist would let me get away. I instead took the higher path and thought in my head "run away just because you don't know who they know"

So in stereotypical fashion, should any of you ever come to China, if you are looking for a fight just don't do it, its not your backyard, sure defend yourself but don't go on the offensive. Don't be like America in the Korean War and think there's only 75,000 chinese over the mountain range, and later find out theres more like several hundred thousand of them and if they lose several thousand in a day it's nothing to them"

I want to thank gangsta rap music for the past 5 hours for helping me talk gangsta, special mad love goes out to "rick Ross, 2 Pac, Biggie Smalls, Grandmaster Flash, Scarface, and Young Buck"

Never heard of anyone getting ripped from watching porn, you are a pro my man, happy birthday

As for your message of not getting into fights while playing basketball in China, just look at this:
