    Israel 71-57 England

At last we look like a proud nation of guards should look like : 24 assists, 18 steals

The best performing roster consisted of 4 guards (Timor, Arieli, Lavie ,Labanowsky) + 1 undersized center ( Solomon )

To those it may concern ,

U20 crushed both rivals in fight for 5th place. Too bad we lost to Bulgary

U18 started really well with 4-0 so far winning +20 on average, next round : Estonia and pretty strong Montenegro team

Israel U18 lost to Montenegro ( Serbia2 ) 70-77 , bad luck is mostly to blame due to horrendous FT/3PTS percentages . Anyway both teams looked pretty solid & I won't be surprised they will meet in the final .

31.07.2010 Semis ( a win means DivA next summer )
    Israel - Finland
    Montenegro - Czech

2 missed FTs away from getting back to DivisionA. Damn it,

It was too much pressure for u18 kids, I guess.

    For those it may concern:

Israel U16 NT ( the only Israeli youth team that avoided re-delegation last summer ) struggles against DivisionB this season too.

    Tomorrow ( 16.08.2010 ) @ 16:30 CET is do-or-die match against Latvia.

Wish good luck to ze boyz

Damn, all Israeli youth NTs are now in DivisionB

Head of basketball federation Shay Sheni claims to take personal measures. I'd advice him to look at the mirror, for a change: it's pretty stupid to appoint all youth coaches from those who had a disastrous season in BSL : Gino, Franco, Belinko . If he want to improve their renome, better to improve it in Leumit , not to risk youth teams ( future of Israel basketball)

I'd like to hear from why Katash & Shamir are wasted as assistant coaches with adult NT ... if you don't trust Shivek as a head coach, don't appoint him .

I'm so tired of this freaking "politics" in Isareli basketball federation

I said coach why we practice so much. He said God will bless us after all this hard work. How can I argue with that !
