Karma is indeed a b*tch.... Once you mention it, it comes back and bites you in the a$$ (Miami with back to back losses and Lebron's sprained ankle)

Default So far this season, who do you think is the team's MVP? King James or D-Wade?

Here's an interesting article about the LeBron James or Dwyane Wade HEAT MVP Debate on Bleacherreport: Miami Heat LeBron James vs. Dwyane Wade: Who's Been the Team's MVP So Far?

Weeks ago, James told the press in regards to the topic, that he nor Wade could be league MVP this year.

    Default Wade and Bosh

Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh did not practice with the team yesterday due to both players nursing injuries. Wade is confirmed to play against the Toronto Raptors on Saturday night but Bosh will not play against his former team.

Hypothetically, let's just say that Big Oden decides to take a pay cut (which is very rare in this league), would you take him?

I certainly would because for this big fella, I believe he would see this as a second chance opportunity and a chance to remove that "Sam Bowie" label that he has received.

If Oden undertakes a paycut, I would definitely gamble on Oden. I feel he would also be interested with the HEAT; (not sure if the HEAT is interested) not only with the HEAT being as an Eastern Conference contender for years to come, but also Oden, I believe has a personal mission on proving that he can anchor a championship team.

He weighs close to 300 pounds )

The HEAT without two of its superstars, Chris Bosh, who is nursing a sprained ankle and Dwyane Wade, who had migraine prior to the game managed to overwhelm the Toronto Raptors 120-103. Lead by the HEAT's lone superstar LeBron James who scored a game high 38 points alongside 11 rebounds, 6 assists. James also had 2 steals and a block.

Mike Miller scored a season high 32 points as well as grabbed a season high 10 rebounds. Miller shot 12-20 overall including 6 three pointers of 11 tries.

Eddie House made 3-7 three pointers off the bench as House scored 13 points in the game.

Default Bosh to miss another week?

Chris Bosh, in an interview with ESPN radio confirmed that he is questionable for this week's game due to his sprained ankle. Bosh said that he is still bothered by the pain when jogging or putting weight on his right ankle.

Good thing for Bosh that Miami don't play again till Thursday (and the players had a chance to recuperate from their injuries as they played only 1 game from Jan. 18 to Jan. 27) After that Miami has 12 games to play in a span of 3 weeks before the All Star game...

Nene would be a potent addition to the HEAT. Nene's production on the offense and defense would fit the HEAT nicely; something that Magloire and Dampier lack due to age and injuries over the years. Second will be Nene's rebounding that the HEAT would benefit.
