LeBron is the most remarkable basketballer I've ever seen since I never watched MJ, Bird, Magic etc. live, only highlights. Imagine the scenario, if you can draft any player in history in his prime, who would you take first? Call me crazy, but without a doubt I'll go with LeBron, for the simple reason he can play 4-5 positions, and which GM wouldn't prefer such a player? I mean, in the Boston series he defended Rondo, Pierce AND Garnett, and well, nobody is capable of doing that. Guy has the body of Ben Wallace and court vision of Jason Kidd, it's unreal. He's not a great jump shooter, but he can even get better. That's scary.

Too bad he's a douchebag, at least I can live with that.

It seems that the Miami HEAT are planning to bring in three veterans at the moment: Ray Allen, Rashard Lewis and Marcus Camby.

Ray Allen must hate Rajon Rondo so much he signed with their rivals.

Next season is going to be uberexciting with all these storylines.

Hi bro. I heard from DJ Mo Twister today in his Good Times morning show, that although Rajon Rajon Rondo is not a very likeable player, he is a very intelligent basketball player, and that is a fact among coaches & the media.
It is said that Ray Allen can't accept the fact that he is being given pointers & tips by Rondo in many cases. Ego collision.

Well there are those rumors that indeed Allen is the one with the attitude problem. To an extent i guess that it's understandable because Ray is the veteran between the two? On the flipside, Rondo is the motor of Boston offense the past 2-3 years now. i guess Allen couldn't handle the "changing of the guards" at the C's camp.

Anyway, regarding the signing itself, i don't think this helps Miami much because Allen's age is up there-- even in the playoffs last season the Celtics were a better team with Avery Bradley in the line-up. This is because Allen was injured most of the time plus he's not really very good defensively. Sure it could work for Miami, but at best he'd have the Mike Miller role from the last Finals. They still need a legit big man (especially with Dwight going to the Nets) and as mentioned a Camby sign and trade can solve that.

If Ray Allen can just stand in these two spots in this graphic and hit shots he'll be worth the signing.

    Thanks for the graphic...

Why the need for him if you already have a Mike Miller? Provided, Miller only showed up in the last game of the Finals...
