    Serb is Sırp (notice the ı without the dot, not really sure you can pronounce that)

    Turkey's team is ok, but it's not a team for great achievements (greater than the semis). Turkoglu has 100 FGA, hits 3, the unrealistic bombing stops, Turkey's guards (who???) are nowhere to be found.

    A certain win for us, mark my words.


    Don't get me wrong: I am/was so sure about passing Turkey/Spain, but I wouldn't be so sure if we were playing Lithuania/Argentina/USA.

    we serbs have a huge problems...
    in saturday basketboys play semis against Turkey,Djokovic play semis in US open against Federer,waterpolo boys finals..we will C against who..
    So,Turks..is it stays semis 18:30h?

    Serbia is Sirbistan, for example.

    I was watching both games today. To tell you the truth I was more impressed by Serbia than with Turkey(both winning). Many people were saying how Serbia will fall under Spain "dominance" after the match with Croatia but they didn't consider what that match for both was all about.

    Contrary to other people here - Turkey didn't impress me much. Slovenians were just plain awful. I think it has something to do with their coach ? Total anti-basket coach. Where did they get him ? I mean who is he. I googled a little and he coached young Slovenian teams, in Slovenia and in Belgium !! ? What the f*** ? Funny guys over at Slovenian basketball association haha.

    Now to the games. Turks were rushing and they had a day. They are hot it seems. It will be totally different in semi-finals. Serbia is always hot. They had couple of years of "no-existence" but we can see they are back with young, hungry team. The thing is that no one knows who is their best player ? There is always someone that explodes and off they go winning. Shit.

    I think after today even Turks don't believe there will be easy win for them. I see some optimistic people here but I am saying easy win for Serbia. Like 20+. Turkey will totally collapse under pressure in semi-finals.
