last friday france national team annaunce their preperation period and friendly games.
i know about EX-YU tournament in ljubjana
all ex yugoslavia country will play each other.

A few years ago such a tournament also would have been doubtful on political grounds. It's amazing for the region that every single ex-Yugoslavia nation (as well as Bulgaria) has qualified.
