Default Advices Bout Gettin Tired During Game

Hey people, I'm gonna need some advices about me getting tired during the match and & its pretty extraordinary cuz it has just started to happen.
I've been playing basketball for 5 years and 2 years with a license ; during this process such thing had never happened to me. Firstly I start to run a bit slower than I can then I feel this terrible ache in my stomach, I get tired A LOT easier than usual ; I used to get tired pretty hard. Anyway, I think that I might be swallowing air while breathing through my mouth while running. I eat my breakfast 2 hours before practice. I'm 14 years old, my height is 5'9", and i weigh 145 pounds & I play center. Anyone who can help me with this ?

Have heard about things called "physical preparations" ? You just should do some cardio trainings. Of course, your food can affect things like this, etc. There are so many things that matters if you are athlete and even not all PROs do everything what is needed.

14 yrs old and playing bball

i know why u are getting tired.

every guy in these boards knows at your age you probably whack off a lot more than before or after you age 25.

so in this case the reason why you are tiring out is you are doing too much wrist action exercises..you need to restrain yourself because bsketball is about the wrist and if u use it your energy will be drained quickly..

in the end, stop watching porn

Last year, I can barely stand a 3 on 3 game. I just trained my cardio, picked up running as a a secondary sport. joined fun runs and half marathons, and now, I can play 2-3 fullcourt games a day. It made me lose weight too.

Look at your overall health. If it gets worse, you should probably even go to a doctor. Why did this just suddenly happen?

    Think about your diet too.

Also, the advice on doing some other sports might be a good idea as well such as running. Keeps you on top of your game, I believe.

But then again, it could just be hormones....:-)

You are probably diabetic. I am just kidding. Drink some Gatorade after the game or run in the morning if you want to improve your stamina.

Don't drink that bull****. I think that teenage years has come and it may be harder to be such a good sportsman than you've been before. Keep going and you'll be fine. It's natural.
