In the second day, the Australian U19 team narrowly defeated the All Stars from USA, 83-79.

Rebecca Cole with 22pts and the two bigs Roberts & Tippett topped the Gems.
From the All Star team, Jenae Young (30 pts) comes from Pacific University where she was the second leading scorer in her final year (2008-9).

While the game Australia U19 vs USA All Stars was very close, then the U19 Chinese team won by a bigger margin the final game with the All Stars.

From the link you provided it seems China was leading Australia in that game but then they collapsed.

this site has videos, pictures, stats (I think only Chinese players though) to all games:

Use Google Translate if you need to
You may need to find a Chinese IP to watch the videos...

Australia U19 team won the Shangluo tournament defeating U19 Czech Rep 73-51, with a strong performance at the boards.

China U19 was second (2-1), followed by USA All Stars (1-2) and Czech Republic (0-3).

35 players have been invited for the U19 USA team trials, to be held on May 22-25.

    and

Incredibly, 2 of the most promising freshmen, Chiney Ogwumike (Stanford) and Chelsea Gray (Duke) are missing from this long list . Btw Chiney was the USA top scorer & rebounder in the 2010 U18 Fiba Americas ! Does anyone know more what happened ?

Notably, Diamond DeShields (year 1995) is both in this list and in the U16 invitees...

    Default Women's Tour In China

My partner, Chris Denker, is coaching the USA team on this tour. Here's his latest article. Sounds like things are going very well over there, most games have been sold out.

At the 2nd tournament in Shuozhou, three teams ended with 2 wins and 1 loss, first resulting the USA team, then Australia U19 and third China U19, probably due to the score margins. Czech Rep U19 team is still winningless.
These information can be found on the link provided by sinobball in the two small boxes at the right:
    http://cba.sports.tom.com/gq2011/index.html

The 3rd tournament will be played on May 10-12.

The Australia Basketball site claims the victory for the U19 Gems in the Shuozhou tournament.
    http://www.basketball.net.au/index.p...ash=c804e38628

Strangely, the Chinese site reports 1st USA 2nd Australia and 3rd China...who knows ?

In the game lost to the USA team, the U19 Gems were missing their #1 star, Gretel Tippett.

Additionally to what is explained in the USAB site concerning the 35 players selected for the national team trials, all but one members of the 2010 U17 gold medal winners are in the list. The only one missing is guard Jewell Loyd, who was an excellent 5th USA team scorer in France and is one of the best rising HS seniors for the 2011-12 season.

Czech Republic beat Australia on the final day as well.

Other than the videos on that site I don't know where else to find videos.

China U19 will play in a French tourney next month. Has to be one of those on this page:

Here's the account of the last game played by the U19 Gems in China, a surprising loss to the Czech Rep U19 team.

The Australian juniors closed their Chinese tour with a record of 6w and 3l.

Two games are planned between France and China mid June, and the dates are here:
    http://www.ffbb.com/_edf/page_m.php?...d_equ=5&s=2011

P.S: thought there were bigger names in the French U19 team candidates, like Christelle Diallo, Olivia Epoupa, Adja Konteh etc. But the first two are candidates in the Euro U18 team and the latter has disappeared from the French national teams.
