so two teams with 2 A list players.

exactly the level of the league will increase a lot

also i prefer billy matt daniel ali haidar and if other abroad first time comers remain outside the A list. (if someone can pass this idea to the federation it would be perfect)

with that it will be a great competitive league.

i didn't actually do the calculations man. I thought of 3 as well but some teams participating in regional tournaments would offend such a step that's why i chose 4.

yeah but chemistry wise it would hurt them. I am against having loaned players regrouped in the last seconds. In the time being 4 is more than enough considering outside participation else i would go for 3.

nchon ET Land Elephants are targeting Vroman Jackson (208-C/F-81, college: Iowa St.). The team is mulling the possibility of splitting ways with their import player Hill Herbert (208-F-84, college: Providence) and now are looking closely at Vroman Jackson

Guys, any news about Anibal ?
i heard that Wadih el Absi had promised to win the 2012 league where does he stand from his promises now ?
I think that Anibal should seriously start thinking of signing some local players, bcs as it seems Sagesse and Riyadi have began amassing all the best players, and if Anibal were to compete next year they are to have some high level locals to support their super foreigners

Anyways i think that 2012 season will be the best season in all FLB history, with at least 5 teams competing (champvile, riyadi, sagesse, anibal and mouttahed).

Talal Makdessi if he will leave will Go To Bejje Team a Newcomer to the DIV 1 After Winning DIV 2 and will have a strong Team ,because Talal will bring All Sagesse Player To Bejje !!!!

i really hope that Talal will leave Sagesse and go to bejjeh, that would be a great move and could greatly benefit lebanese basketball.
just imagine guys, 6 teams competing on title
Riyadi-Champvile-Bejjeh-Mouttahed-Sagesse-Anibal (with Absi who promised to win the league this season)
that's a total of 6 teams competing on the title with and with hoops and byblos' levels rising the way they are, i think our league will be comparable to some european leagues

I dont see pres. Talal leaving as a bad thing, if he does we will see Bejjeh competing on the title, plus with Plus properties financing Sagesse, you can expect some big bucks to be spent, the thing which will definetly drasticaly improve the level of our league

If Talal will Stay in Sagesse be Sure that Sagesse will be the Strongest Team this Year even Stronger than Riyadi ,he s spending a lot of Money
if Talal goes to Bejje he will make of Bejje a strong Team to Compete on the Title ,Sagesse also will Have a high Budget with Pres.Georges Chehwan And Plus Propreties

    So:

Riyadi Beirut Team the Strongest Team as Always with their Huge Budget (also Unlimitted ) with Pres.Hicham El Jaroudi and Saad Hariri Financing

Champville Maristes for Sure a strong Team with the Presence Of Duo Khatib and Coach Ghassan Sarkis with a group of Strong And Good players

Mouttahed Tripoli the Team who s very hard to Win over them ,with Coach Paul Caughter and Elias Restom NT Player and group of young and good players

Sagesse Beirut Team ,with Pres. Talal Makdessi who s spending a lot of money and making Sagesse the Best for season 2011-2012

coz that's why they letting Jean to go because of Fadi.

rumours are saying Riyadi is going to pay 1 million $ for each season to Fadi, plus bonuses with every tournament/cup they win.

    anyone can confirm this ?

    didn't like this part
