Free Agent center Tyson Chandler expressed dissapointment with the current Collective Bargaining Proposals that NBA Owners are pushing. Chandler said that it will be impossible for him to re-sign with the Dallas Mavericks if the owners had their way.

Chandler was quoted in ESPN Dallas with the following statements:

“With the collective bargaining agreement and some of the things that they’re trying to enforce, it would basically prohibit me from coming back. It would take it out of my hands — and the organization’s — because it would almost be pretty much impossible for me to re-sign. I just think that can be the worst thing that can happen.”

Dirk Nowitzki will begin a workout regimen in the next two weeks for fitness. Nowitzki was quoted by various sources that he is contemplating on playing in Europe if the lockout persists.

How true. But the team with the less heralded and less hyped beat a very heralded and hyped team in the recent NBA Finals. A lot of people admire that culture within the Mavericks on their 2011 conquest. First it was the Lakers and then the HEAT.

Also, Stevenson publicly criticized the NBPA Executive, Billy Hunter. Stevenson said that Hunter is doing a "bad job" on running things for the players.

True. I am looking forward on seeing the championship rings given to the Mavericks.

On Tyson Chandler, he is a core component of the Mavs' success last season. Prior to the lockout, Chandler was asking for a higher paycheck on which was the reason of him not signing a contract extension sheet. This could be the last long term paycheck for Chandler, which is why he was so adamant about it.

Hopefully, Chandler and the Mavs agree to a deal. I am looking forward to seeing Rudy Fernandez play.

We have too much free agents. I hope we wont lose any important player. Theres no one as stabla we are. Its an indicator for a season like this. If it will be necessary, Cuban can use amnesty clause for Haywoods unnecessary contract.

Jason Terry is committed to signing an extension sheet with the Mavericks. Terry said in an interview with ESPN Radio:

"I don't think it's been talked about officially, but they know where I'm at with it. I've never been in my entire career a restricted free agent and now it's time to be a staple of this organization. Being here as long as I have, I think I've earned it. And we'll see what happens."
