You can add Sam douglas and Qawsha for Jordan.
As for Korea's Moon,he's not a naturalised player, he's a player of korean descent who has regained his citizenship (just like freije)

I think the difference is that most of the Americans are of Filipino stock/heritage, while the Africans in Qatar have no relation with the counrty. Of course I could be wrong, somebody else may answer that better.

About the Filipino herritage I think FIBA interprets it via our constitution and laws that regardless of where you are born as long as you have a parent who is Pinoy or Pinay at the time of your birth you are filipino and that being filipino cannot be taken a way

    Well in the spirit:

Malaysia: 0 out of the 12 players has Malay blood as far as I know. 10 out of 12 players are full-blooded Chinese-Malaysian, the other 2 that have South Indian heritage are also somewhat "Chinese":
    - Satyaseelan Kuppusamy speaks fluent Mandarin and is known in Malaysia Chinese community as "Shi Ren", due to his parents enrolling him in a Chinese language school.
    - Guganeswaran Batumalai has Chinese lineage, he played in China's university league for Huaqiao University for 6 or 7 years, along with his current Malaysia NT teammate Chee Li-Wei.

Philippines: Chris Tiu has a Chinese name that would be pronounced as "Zhang Nianxian" in Mandarin. Tiu is the pronunciation of Zhang in the Min Nan dialect.

man,the name of the thread is half foreign players (players with mixed blood) and not players with dual citizenship, yes Ali Kanaan and Tabet do have the canadian and US citizenship respectively but they are 100% lebanese.
As for miguel,he's also 100% lebanese just that his grandma was in spain and i dont think he has the spanish citizenship.

as for Jordan, you have to understand that sobsokov and the abbas brothers are jordanian and nothing else, they are Jordanian by birth, the palestinians in Jordan were all naturalised just like the armenians in Lebanon, and that happened a few decades ago after a revolution,so basically they're just like the armenians in Lebanon, they count as Lebanese and nothing else, same thing for Sobsokov, and same thing for Iran's Oshin Sahakian who's pure iranian but has armenian lineage,i can also mention our Vicken eskedjian, Syria's Papazian and Nalmandian, they are all nationals and none of them is half foreigner or has mixed blood.
