He is one of the best commentators out there. The reason why I love to watch DSF/Sport1.

I used to enjoy this other greek guy who said this famous sentence "balto agori mou" during the semifinal with france 2005. I think he has left ERT and is working now for a private TV station. I forgot his name.

Imho, he is getting worse and worse. He doesn't do any scouting, doesn't prepare himself for games (doesn't know the real strength and weaknesses of players as well as their actual teams), pronounces "Jasikevicius" in a wrong way for ages (as if he has never heared his colleagues pronounce this name), is highly biased (never a lick of criticism on bad plays by Nowitzki, about strange decisions by Bauermann etc.) and doesn't mention the technical aspects of the game in his commentary (juts explain how certain variations of zone defense work) and when he has a co-commentator, he tends to convert it all into a silly side-talk, not very funny and not very informative. There are games, when you think he doesn't want to comment them, so he is just sitting there, giving a coupe of meaningless phrases every now and then, being silent for large parts.

He used to be very emotional, more informative and an energy booster but right now he is just bad, living off his past glory and popularity. I was very disappointed with the job he has one this EBC so far.

On the other hand, I like the pre- and post-game in-depth looks and interviews his coleague Bandermann is concluding. Maybe more video fragments would be good but analyzing games and opponents isn't bad either. A step in the right direction.

    Why did Maljkovic do this?

    Great reactions, though.

Murić told Laković to fuck off or something similarly unpleasant, probably.

My favourite was when he said a lithuanian player had come "out of the world of Harry Potter".But after a while they get more annoying than entertaining.
    Ratata is GOLD.
