Default Other club competition by FIBA

I taught on opening this new thread abot FIBA copmetitions such eas the Europcup, a thread where we can give info about the rosters and expectations.

I'll start with my favorite Israeli team besides Maccabi- Hapoel Ironey Nahariya. the city was bombarded during the war so the club had hard time to sign playres. but finally the manager, well known former eropean star Miki Berkowitzh, signed some good playres.

Vadern Vukucic (F)-who can play both Forward position. the former North-Western player was one of the best scorers in the Big-10 (NCAA) last year.

Greer Jeff (F)- came from Strasbourg where he avareged 7 ppg and 3.2 rbg.

Gerrod Henderson (G)- led Louisiana Tech as the school’s all-time leader with 191 steals.

the israeli playres are two former Hapoel Jerusalem playres Ido Kuzikaro (F/C) and Raviv Limonad (G) (roumorse said he was a cndinate for Olimpija) both palyed on NT, and solid PG Amit ben david and Barak Peleg.

with a new coach and manger Nahariya seems to have a good chance to make it to the finalsin europe and domestice league.

From Baltic Basketball League (LKL, LBL, EKL) there willl be 4 teams in EuroCup

BC Kalev/Cramo (estonian champion, bbl- 9th)
    BC Barons/LMT(latvian 2nd place winner, BBL- 6th)
BC Siauliai (lithuanian 3rd place winner, BBL- 3rd)
ASK Riga (latvian 3rd place winner)

    And in the EuroCup Challenge:

Tartu Rock (estonian 2nd place winner, BBL- 12th)

Probably they all would be happy if they would menage to get out of their groups

I think Rock will be among favorites to win EuroCup Challenge.

    Rock roster:
    PG - Tsintsadze, Leppik
    SG - Kullamäe, Doronin
    SF - Tein, Paade
    PF - Müürsepp, Kikerpill, Viiask
    C - Allingu

Kalev will aim for top2 in their group. Hard but not impossible task.

    Kalev roster:
    PG - Kriisa, Sokk
    SG - Arbet, Allen, Kaljula
    SF - Kangur, E.Dorbek
    PF - Burlacu, Keerles
    C - Reed, Niidas

It will be hard for the Rock but they could be capeable to do good in the Cup Challenge.
I think all BBL teams that participate in EuroCup want to get out of their groups but it also will be hard for every one of them.
