As I know，TBL team only have five not-turkish palyers at best.

However,in efes roseter contain Sasha of slovenia, Barac of crotaia,IIievski of MCD,Kinsey of USA,Savanovic of serbia,Batista of Uragary.

I might be wrong, but if I recall correctly Kinsey has Turkish passport. Btw, you can have 6 or more foreign players in team, but you will be allowed to register only 5 per game

you almost right but not enough. kinsey hasnt got turkish passport yet he has to play as non turkish one more year. here link. and you can have foreigners in your squad as many as you wish but only 5 allowed in game and max 3 players at the same time on the court.
