What happened to Jose Angel Antelo?

I remember him from youth compititons.He wast the most promised and efective player of that level.What happened to him? We don't see him in high level.Why didn't he improve his game?

He had problems several years ago in a U18 concentration (the "legend" said he stole some things with other teammate) and coach Javier Imbroda excluded them.

After that, he played during all this years at several LEB Gold teams and some ACB ones (Fuenlabrada). This year he is at Cáceres (second season there) and he's one of the top players of the LEB Gold. He was the MVP of the league in the week 2.
