Korean Translation Help/Download help please!

Hello forumers,

I need a hand translating some Korean. I am trying to download what I believe are to be some rugby matches. The link is provided from the Korean Rugby Union, and I can only get so far before Google Translate is of no further help.

I understand the first part where it gives the login information for the website webhard.co.kr . After I login, I do not know what the following instructions say on how to download.
