    teams are playing with many alternates in this competition with the exception of Venezuela. it takes away the interest to the competition.

    Nice play at 1:45 between Laprovittola and Marcos Mata, and the buzzerbeater by Leo Gutierrez (2:20) was crazy. Good game by Greivis Vazquez (26 pts 3 rbs and 3 ast).

    Impresive performance by the Argentina B team wich crushed Venezuela A in the final 79-56 to claim the title. Facundo Campazzo (1991 PG) 15 pts 3 rbs 2 ast, Marcos Mata (1986 SF) 14 pts 7 rbs, Olympic gold medalist Leo Gutierrez 14 pts 4 rbs 3 ast and Nicolas Laporvittola (1990 G) 6 pts 6 ast 5 rbs.

    As for Venezuela: Hector Romero 12 pts 4 rbs, Jose Vargas 11 pts, Gregory Vargas 10 pts 5 rbs and Greivis Vazquez 7 pts 3 rbs 3 ast.

    Uruguay finished in third position and Brasil B was fourth.
