True.. This relatively young team needs more exposure and games to play and i'm glad that they're getting the chance to do so because Fadi won't be there for us forever and Rony has already retired from the NT.

There's a chance Fadi won't be playing with our NT this summer since he indicated after the WABA tournament that he wants time off to be with his family and new born baby (his wife gave birth just early last week)... Our coach has included Fadi's name in the preliminary list of players for the Stankovic Cup so that in case he changes his mind he would be still be able to join the NT.

Congrats to Fadi K. on his new baby (and potential Asian superstar)!

OT: Hahahaha Actually this is his 3rd son I do believe he wanted to have a girl this time but he ended up with a 3rd boy.

I will tell you guys this though... I saw his eldest son (who was around 6 back then) at the World Championships in Turkey 2 years ago dribbling the ball on court during half time and shooting at the basket (of course from right under or close to the basket) and he was scoring quite easily.. So we might have a future Khatib in another 15 years from now.

no more OT from my side and i'll let this thread get back to its main topic .

Hope to see Lebanon in the Jones Cup & the Stankovic Cup. It's always a thrill seeing Lebanon going up against the Philippines in any tournament.
