Euroleague store

Does anyone have any experience with the official Euroleague store? http://www.euroleaguestore.net/

I've purchased an item in there, they've sent me a package. The package however included the wrong item.

Now I'm trying to contact their support center if I can send it back and they will send me the correct item but it seems their contacts are dead:

+386 59 222591 and + 386 59 222 597 are apparently non existing numbers (at least my Skype tells me so) and service@euroleaguestore.net does not reply to my e-mail.

Also the Skype user euroleaguestore.net seems to be inactive (not authorizing me, not replying to text chat and I'm unable to call him)

Any suggestions what to do?

I got an e-mail reply from them. As I suspected they were on holidays.

I bought barça's T-shirt of Paris f4. With 1 month delay it finally came

Even more great news! They didn't send me a second e-mail, however I've unexpectedly received a package today containing the correct scarf. Now I have 2 scarves for the price of 1, awesome!
