    I remember him playing. He looked like 135-140 kg...

    there were tall players that didn't weight more than 120 kgs
    Rik Smits 2.23 - 113
    Vrankovic 2.17 - 116
    Mutombo 2.18 - 112

    and he may be was tall but he wasn't very bulky
    so it could be right... give or take 15 kgs

    Wikipedia info is wrong. If you compare him with Sabonis back then, Tkachenko was much stronger, wider, brawnier. He had very strong legs. He was 120 kg for sure, maybe a dozen kg more, who knows.

    LOL, no way!

    Tkachenko was taller and much bulkier than the aforementioned Vrankovic for example that is listed at 116 for example!

    Oh and this kilos are not THAT much. I'm just 1.91 and I was 118 at some point at I was not looking that fat actually...

    On the other hand, you can be Manute Bol, and be 2.31 and 102 kilos (or 98 according to other sources)...
