As for the Rising Stars Challenge, Kenneth Faried had 40 points and 10 rebounds and entertained the crowd at the end with a series of dunks, leading Team Chuck to a 163-135 victory over Team Shaq.

Kyrie Irving pulled off some amazing crossovers as he dueled it out with Brandon Knight. This clip highlight was probably the most entertaining of the whole night.

Note: The 163 points scored were a new record as the previous most points scored by a team at the Rising Stars Challenge was 155.

Kyrie Irving wins the 3-point shootout and defeats Matt Bonner in the final shootout to claim the plum. Meanwhile, Damian Lillard wins the Skills Challenge, topping Jrue Holiday in the showdown.

Faried's last dunk between the legs the best one so far. Let's see what the final round brings.

Pretty even final. Since Ross is the novelty around, I guess it's fair.

It was a nice gesture from T-Ross to don the Vince Carter Raptors jersey, but the dunk was meh-ish.

    Default All the events today

D-league 3pt shootout - Marcus Landry ex-CBA player representing and won, but with a dismal score of 13. Yeah that's how bad it was.

D-league All-Star Game - not much to see, level really lacking and not much higher than celebrity game yesterday to be honest. Players who somewhat impressed were Travis Leslie, Justin Dentmon and Jerome Jordan. Some other guys clearly have nothing to contribute in the NBA. Stern & Silver called D-league the 2nd best league in the world today, but I'm convinced these all-stars will be demolished by the best 10-20 players in the CBA.

D-league dunk contest - only the winner Tony Mitchell was impressive. One of the 4 participants, Glen Rice Jr. looks like he can barely dunk a regular dunk, and definitely reminds me of "worst dunk contest ever" in the CBA some years ago.

    **********************************

Shooting star contest - This was a really fun event, laughed really hard when Bosh's team won with no shooter, and Westbrook & Maya Moore choking at the end. "No Big Shot Bob" can no longer hit any shots.

Skills challenge - Jeff Teague was horrible, but nobody thought Tony Parker could be worse. Anyway both Holiday and Lillard were impressive, especially Lillard for the last round.

3-pt shootout - Except for Paul George who probably registered for the wrong event, everybody shot very well. Novak was basically draining the first 10 shots but choked really bad at the end. Uncle Drew did so-so in the 1st round but was all "buckets" at the end.

dunk contest - Never thought James White and Gerald Green could not complete dunks after 50 tries, especially Green, is he retarded? Cutting the net for something so lame and difficult. White can now be cut since there is no longer a point for him to exist on an NBA roster, learn to dribble and hold a ball first. The first round was so bad that the only bright spot was Charles Barkley's dissing. The final rounds were pretty great, could have gone either way. Congrats to Ross.

    attendance - turrible

    music - LMAO @ 2Chainz
