split beat zagreb, and is now 1game away from securing 3rd spot. they have zabk and cibona home, and brod on road. Josip Sobin 32 points and 54. val. in 26min. their coach also said if they finish at 3rd spot, they will get invitation for euirocup

Hopefully they'd be able to get some decent sponsors (even pretty modest compared to what some other teams are spending could be enough in the long run) able to cover up for that modest 1 million € budget with some stability through few years period - as soon as that'd happen I'd have no worries about Split's performance even if in eurocup. Split only needs a decent team, fans will do the rest. Simmilar as with Zadar. Basicaly I'm surprised Tedeschi was investing in Cedevita instead of choosing probably much easier path by taking over either of the Dalmatian clubs...

Zadar beat Zagreb in epic game. not qualty vise, but heck of iteresting. Zagreb was loseing by 12 and in total + 18 because zagreb needet to win + 8 6 min. to go. Brajkovic puted kid Mavra as he tought game was over and Mavra played great defense on Zadar guards wich led to tie game before end. 7-8 secends to go zadar itentionaly made faul, of corse zagreb itentionaly mised but grabed rebound and again zagreb intentionaly missed. in OT zadar was + one and had ball down by 2. ivanov almost forgat only thing bad for them was hit 2 pointer and went for open lay up but in las moment hi kicked ball from him self and delas hit open 3. then rancic, simon and mulamerovic were chasing zadar players with ball trying to force them to make foul. lol

finaly only 2 zg teams in aba league and 2 dalmatian. just hope zadar and cibona will not be morons as they were all this years with 19-20 players and 5-6 foreginors change trough season. vujcic in split will not do that for sure. as for zagreb i just hope they will finaly get rid of ciketic so club can get back to them self

lol, I see Ciketić is widely popular outside of LJubljana as well
Zadar and Split back in adriatic league, overall great news. Hopefully staying there for a while.

    Cibona-Zadar 2-0
Cedevita-Split 1-1. Split had great cance in first game, lead by 14, but some bad plays and uncalled Vukusic offensive foul give Cedevita first win.

Nicevic for Croatian cup. Cibona-Cedevita 77-76

best game of Saric at senior level. 7pts, 14 rebounds, 6 asists, 3 blocks and lock down defense. togh terible from FT and in finishing plays....he will have to work a lot on his shooting.

big plays from blessingame and dj strawbery in clutch, and great game by zizic.

Sibenka won key game against Sonik and is on verge of comback to A1 league. They needed + 8 vs Sonik. Still way to go, but if they realy don't screw something they will make their comback

    GKK Šibenik – Sonik Puntamika 90:78 (26:18; 44:32; 68:51)
    GKK Šibenik: Junaković 28, Badžim, Grubišić, Mišić 3, Kalpić 3, Bašić 17, Blaće 2, Grgat 18, Vukičević 4, Čićin-Šain 7, Sandrić, Šamadan 8.
Sonik Puntamika: L. Gligora, Anđelić 6, Ivanić, M. Gligora 9, Bulić 5, Marin, Petani 27, Dražović, Longin, Čakarun 10, Škara 21, Marčev.

fans were like in good old times
