Oh come on, this is a bit funny.Yes, Oly is offering saras a lot of money but not 7-10 (and that's a very wide range) million $ per year

Perhaps Saras is waiting to find a club in the NBA in the next 7 day, if not he will sign for Oly.

He has to negotiate it with "Warriors" first. Buy-out is needed...

It will really hurt you personally if Saras signs to Oly won't it??(judging by your post history)

It's just in your dreams. I read the "scoop", and when I saw who wrote it, I passed away.

I guess it had a vast effect, if he says he already "passed away" when he saw it
To be serious, I don't how reliable is this article. Most of this specific journalist articles turns out to be just a fancy or a complete invention. Anyway, If it was true, I guess it wouldn't come up here in Israel before it will be revealed in Greece.

Actually you are wrong there. Many stories concerning Oly have been revealed in Israel media first , due to Gershon.I can't remember specifics but this was ordinary last summer.

Of course this doesn't mean that this article is true and i was asking(teasing) Roy M because he seems so obsessed whenever Saras' name is mentioned .

Just one question 2 Roy_M because he seems sure that Jasikevicius wll remain in the NBA while some of us doubt it:Where do u think he will play and why do u believe in it?Please name a few teams.Just saying "he will not return 2 europe" is vague.

Apparently the journalist that wrote that piece (and i wish an Israel member would make a translation of the article) is a very close friend to Gershon and despite being a football journalist he is the guy that Gershon gives most of his interviews to.

    Is this true or false??

That's right, but in the article was written, that Gershon dosn't involved
in the contact between Saras and Oly.

In my opinion, Saras will finally move to Olympiakos. There is no other way for Saras. NBA doors are closed for him, and he better accept the super offer of Olympiakos.

that same site is now saying that Maccabi Tel Aviv is getting involved with Saras as well. They are quoting Moni Fanan saying that "not only Olimpiacos is interested in Saras." He also said that Barcelona is interested.

thats all, i think if barca still had hope to sign saras, they dont sign this one. saras must show his skills in europe again, because nba arent to much mature for players like saras. I can just imagine, how looks saras n macas duo. specifically against lithuanian teams sad memorials from past season, then saras, macas scored 30+ points against zalgiris there is theirs patriotism damn. whats about maccabi chances to take back saras to its roster, i think the possible is less like the portugal will be eurobasket 2007 winner... old good times (and maccabi) changes (holly crap, sorry for gramatic mistakes)

Its something like joke from me, but saras in one interview had also said, that he had one big dream: to play in one team with his younger brother Vytenis Jasikevicius. Maybe its the key to take saras but all rights to him have Zalgiris Kaunas
