I'm sure he'll find something. There are always roster spots open for big men.

The Pacers released centers Courtney Sims and Lukasz Obrzut on Thursday, bringing their roster to 14.

Sims and Obrzut, both training camp invitees, were long shots to make the roster. Obrzut played just nine minutes in the preseason. Sims averaged 3.3 points.

O'Brien spoke with both players Thursday and encouraged them to play with the team's NBA Development League affiliate in Fort Wayne...
It sounds like both Sims and Obrzut have the option to play for Fort Wayne. I suppose that'll be a good move for both of them. Obviously, Philip, you'd like to see Obrzut get picked up by a better league, but maybe the NBDL is what he needs right now.

Lukasz Obrzut was picked as 8th pick in second round of 2007 D-League draft by Fort Wayne Mad Ants.
