I would probably go more towards the youth movement with the national team:
PF - Chris Bosh - Top young big man; good passer along w/ rebound/defense
SF - Lebron James - Leader of the team
C - Amare Stoudemire - really a PF, but plays 5 for Suns
PG - Kirk Hirnich - Paul could probably start
SG - Dwyane Wade - Need I say anything

I don't think Amare S. is available because he was out the whole NBA season with a bad foot, I believe, but he was out nonetheless. That is why he is not on my team because if he were healthy, he would be on my team too!!! I can't believe he is listed on the list of potential players on the usa basketball site!!
Also, Here it is July 1st with the first day of training taking place July 19th and we havn't heard anything as to the 15 players who will be chosen to begin with!!! Is Jerry waiting for July the 4th?????

The USA Basketball Director announced that Lamar Odom, J.J. Redick, & Paul Pierce will not participate in the 2006 USA training camp set to open July 19.
Also, Greg Oden accepted the invitation to participate in the July 19 training camp.

Roster Fillers: Marion, TMac, Boozer, and Marion
That way we have alot of Wing players, a could solid ball handlers, and enough depth up front with the bigs and a bit of versatility with our bigs as well...
