Argentina has been organizing this tournament since 2000. Usually is the last preparation for the main squad, before leaving the country.
2000 Buenos Aires: Argentina, Spain (champion), Slovenia, Brazil.
2001 Buenos Aires: Argentina (champion), Lithuania, Brazil, Puerto Rico.
2002 Rosario: Argentina (champion), Brazil, Venezuela, Uruguay.
Now, usually Argentina can only afford to invite Latin American teams, plus Spain "B". Except for last year's New Zealand.
