i think that out of all the players mentioned in dany's article, Joey accoui seems to stand out, i mean 12.5 ppg in his junior year in the NCAA div 1 is really smt to stop on.
i see him becoming our main NT Pg in the next 2-3 years
best of luck for all our abroads

American lebanese Antwain Barbour (196-G/F-82, agency: Court Side) had an amazing evening in the last round for Erdemirspor Belediyesi and that's him to receive a Eurobasket.com Player of the Week award for round 6.

This probably might help his chances more with the Australian NT than with the Lebanese NT as it will now probably become more difficult for us to get him.
However if President Barakat has a proper plan and be able get the services of such a player for our NT then that would be the greatest thing ever.

    Second top blocker !
But his stats are not that high !
Here in Lebanon, there are some players that have much much better stats !
    His stats:
    17.5 ppg
    9.7 rpg
    1.7 spg
    1.0 bpg

Man but the Australian NBL League is more competitive than the Lebanese League.
It has the top teams from both Australia as well as New Zealand and most of the players from both NT's are playing in that League.

guys, just to turn your attention on the fact that kazzouh's team is the last in the rankings of the NBL, so, that might explain kazzouh's over inflated stats

in his last game joey accaoui scored 21pts (8/13 FGS) (5/10 3PTS) (2ASSISTS) in 25min

read this article about the last game:

BURLINGTON, Vt. (AP) Joey Accaoui scored a career-high 21 points and Evan Fjeld had 20 to lead Vermont to an 80-53 victory over Dartmouth on Wednesday night.

The Catamounts won their fourth straight game and are off to a 5-1 start for the first time since the 1996-97 season. They have beaten the Big Green 11 times in the past 12 meetings.

Accaoui shot 8 of 13 from the field, including 5 of 10 from beyond the arc. Fjeld hit 8 of 12 field goals.

Brian Voelkel had 13 rebounds for Vermont, which dominated the Big Green (2-5) on the boards, 45-27. The Catamounts had a 36-8 advantage in the paint and outscored Dartmouth 15-0 on second-chance points.

R.J. Griffin had 11 points and Tyler Melville added 10 for the Big Green.

The Catamounts led 37-26 at halftime and by at least 11 the entire second half. Vermont outshot the Big Green 52.5 percent (31 of 59) to 33.9 percent (20 of 59).
