    1. Why you are posting with caps lock????
    2. Do you really believe those 3 topics you started belongs to "2008 Olympic Basketball" ?
    3. Then you post - use English (eg. ABD ARJANTİN ARNAVUTLUK AVUSTURALYA - who? )
    4. Anyway, some statistics seems to be interesting, but I'm not going to search LT a.t.m.

I don't know if somebody noticed, but fibaeurope archives now has some statistics from all European Championshps since WWII. For example Turkey lost to Greece 41-54 in it's first ever EC game, that started 22:30. 1949-07-15. H.Ozturk was games top scorer with 21 point. Luckily no one fouled out

About Portugal: I don't know the number of wins and losses, but I can talk about the best results: Portugal never played an Olympic Tournament and FIBA World Championships. The only international competition that Portugal participated was the EuroBasket, just one time (2007) and Portugal achieved the 9th place...

They were in 1992 European Olympic Qualifying, but they didnt make it out of the first group stage. They were winless.

Portugal also played the 1951 Eurobasket, they finished third-to-last.

Yes, I knew, in 1951 were not played any qualification matches and teams were invited by FIBA... During the 90's, Portugal had their best rosters but they never achieved a EuroBasket spot. With Carlos Lisboa, Rui Santos, Paulo Pinto, Pedro Miguel Neves and the american-born portuguese Mike Plowden, Portugal had possibilities to have better results but...

I agree with Luíz for 3...
The 90's generation was better than the generation which achieved the 9th place in last EuroBasket.
But the 90's didn't obtain any international competition, while nowadays generation can get the 2 second presence next Summer...

I haven't fopund the total numbers but here you can look for all the head to head of Spain, either official or friendly games.
    http://www.feb.es/Inicio.aspx?tabid=...e05-00081.html

And here detailed scores of all eurobasket
    http://www.feb.es/Inicio.aspx?tabid=...e00-00005.html

    world championships
    http://www.feb.es/Inicio.aspx?tabid=...e00-00004.html

    and olympic games.
    http://www.feb.es/Inicio.aspx?tabid=...e00-00003.html

Also you can check the basketpedya but there you'll only find the games played in international tournaments (Olympics, World champs, continental champs...)
