Default How to get my brother on a Euro junior team

He's Canadian. This kid is the most physically gifted 15 year old ball player I've ever seen; he's able to do wind mills and LeBron look a like dunks. Anyway, I feel his skills need to be polished as he goes forward in his career and I would like to explore all options. One that I thought of was to play in Europe. I just think that he'd become a better player learning over there as opposed to staying here or going to the States. So where do I start looking? Any help would be much appreciated.

If I were you, I would start by looking for how to contact euro teams. Internet seems to be the best solution. Then send them videos of your brother during practices and games.
If you have european origins, try to obtain the passport. It will make things much easier. If you need more help, just reply.

Lithuania has many basketball academies. Language may be a problem but the coaches speak English a lot more these days.
