Default Ahmad ibrahim vs Arsalan kazemi

today while im talking with a player in our youth NT,i asked him a question!
who's better ? arsalan or Ahmad ? so thats what he answered me:

ahmad is great scorer, better than arsalan on offense while arsalan is an all around player (rebs, assists, pts, steals, blocks, defense) and to give me a clearer image he said they are the new fadi el khatib and ismael ahmad !

    ahmad/fady el khatib
    and arsalan/ismael ahmad!

with ahmad and arsalan, iran and lebanon will start giving china some tough time, ahmad in the age of 16 only topscoring the asian U18 and arsalan is getting offers to play for the best colleges in the NCAA !

But this comparison will not belong to next year, since arsalan and ahmad will play in the same team and they are close friends !

good luck for both ahmad and arsalan !

Isn't Arsalan 2 years older that Ahmad Ibrahim?
I think it won't be fair to compare the 2 players now but I do believe that in 5 years both hopefully will be playing in the NBA.

Yeah that's why i wouldn't want to compare them yet. I think Ahmad in 2 years might be better than Arsalan's level now.

Exactly . He's been playing in Lebanon now for almost 10 years and is considered as one of the best foreigners to ever play in Lebanon.

Man..one hand does not clap! U can not compare the rest of the lebanese team's players to those of egypt's
The way i see it..ismail involves his teammates with him while on the other hand, the players that play with fadi, THEY try to involve themselves with him n that's wrong!

The thing is both players are great for their team. In terms of scoring capabilities I think Khatib is better than Ismail. But as an overall player Ismail is better (His rebounding, assists, steals abilities are better than Khatib. I also remember that Ismail always ends up with the most triple doubles every season). So it depends what ur team needs (scoring, rebounding, assists, etc). I personally think though that the effect of Ismail on Riyadi is more than any other player on the team and this was best seen when Ismail was injured during the season and his absence greatly affected Riyadi (I think it was in the Asian Championship when he got injured).

ismail didn't play for his national team in important competitions..i f he had played i'm sure we would have seen egypt in the world cup and in the olympics...i watched all the african tournaments from 4-6 years till now and i never saw ismail playing in these cups and as i remember he always gets injured before their beginnings...

I don't think that Ismail played in the last African Championships in 2007 but he did in 2005. His presence on the Egyptian NT is very important since he is one of the best players and leaders of the team. I remember that Egypt were upset by Cape Verde for the 3rd place position in the African Championships which would have given them the chance to play in the pre-Olympics in Athens this year.
