The record for Serbia & Montenegro i guess it's 41 by Djordjevic in the final of 95.
I have no idea about the record of the unified Yugoslavia.
You're right, corrected it and added Đorđević's 41 (could it also be the Eurobasket record?)

Nope, Nowitzky scored 43 in the bronze medal game in 2001, i don't know if that's the record though.

I'm not sure about that bro. He might have in a friendly game cuz the statistics that are posted in this thread are from official games.

Added Mumoglou with 143 (most sources say that number).

    Default Scoring Records

It is my page from which all the original numbers come from. You can see it here:
    http://www.luckyshow.org/basketball/100pts.htm

I need proof that the high Bosnia game is phony, or I just leave it with note that it is maybe a hoax.

I need more details on the following if possible:
•••101 Velijko Petranovic, Slovenian Cup, NO DATE OR DETAILS
[I don't seem to have this one, so I need what team/country he played for and a date, or at least a year. The score is also nice, but not as crucial, and the opponent. I would like to list this one at the top]

    •••61? Elie Mchantaf
[was it 61? Is there no other details as to team, country, league, date, opponent, score? You see I list everything, both verified and otherwise, I try to verify everything but will list all credible sounding info, such as from sources, interviews, memoirs. Occasionally I find a game is not as reported, I make notes, remove, I decide since I make no money on this But give me more on this one, I have no idea of any details]

    •••53 Arvydas Sabonis, 1989 USSR
[I want to use this one. Was it still USSR league? Are there details of this at all, game, score, team, opponent, year/date, league or competition? Russia and Japan are two countries very very hard to find anything on, perhaps the worst, though France is pretty hard.]

    •••55 Sergio Ramos, 1996-97 [Portugal]
[I corrected this as to 1st and 2nd division, but would like to know at least his team when he set this record, opponent if possible, date, score if possible. All I find for him is he plays for Real MAdrid, but, of course, that is not in Portugal!]

•••41 by Djordjevic in the final of 95. [Serbia & Montenegro]
[Full name? team? league or competition? Final of what?]

•As far as the various European competitions, aand how I have them listed separately: this is because I don't grasp the history perfectly, nor the difference between various competitions, tournaments and such. You can try and correct//explain]

Does anyone know anything about the following female player record game?:
••100 pts. LaTaunya Pollard Romanazzi, Sidis Ancona (Italian League), 1985-1995
[it is probably 99 pts. and was in a lower league I believe]

You see I list all games 47 and up, lower if this threshold has never been achieved withing a specific league. You will note I am deficient in Germany, only having certain teams for the most part. And others. I want as much as I can find. I will return here but sometimes it takes me a while, so you could email me at luckyshow@mindspring.com

You can find all the female records here:
    http://www.luckyshow.org/basketball/WomenPioneers

There is much more, for the NBA, NCAA, all other US leagues, college and community college, US high school, separate pages for Australia NBL, Italian Lega A, much else. You can begin on the following main (index) page, although not everything is listed as yet on this page:
    http://www.luckyshow.org/Amazing/amazingsportslists.htm

    Thank you,
    Paul Luchter

That one is very true, there's footage to back it. It was against Dynamo Moscow, USSR league regular season, 1989. He also had 19 rebounds if I'm not mistaken.

    •••55 Sergio Ramos, 1996-97 [Portugal]
[I corrected this as to 1st and 2nd division, but would like to know at least his team when he set this record, opponent if possible, date, score if possible]
He was playing for Benfica when he set that record. I actually watched that game, but just couldn't remember the opponent. Now I know it was CAB Madeira, regular season.
EDIT: It turns out it was in the 1997-98 season.

•••41 by Djordjevic in the final of 95. [Serbia & Montenegro]
[Full name? team? league or competition? Final of what?]
Aleksandar Đorđević (never heard of him? ), 1995 European championship final Yugoslavia vs Lithuania. http://www.fibaeurope.com/cid_KNce8j...5.teamID_.html

Doesn’t matter what country you are playing in, if your team allows someone to top 140 you must have some serious defence/pride issues…

I mean if I was the coach and someone had just reached 70 I would say ‘right, this stops now. Quadruple team him! Beat him with a chair if you have to. I don’t care! The others can score, but that boy is not going down in history against us!!!’

Now that's a team player! He should hold lectures to shoot first player types!

    Default Arvydas Sabonis 53

If you have video of Zalgris v Dynamo game, do you have score and date of game? Also what would be correct name for USSR league?

HEre is new found high for Seychelles:
56 pts. Alao Solomon, Premium Cobras (W 114-44) Cascade Bullets, Aug. 20, 2008 (8/7/24/17•22 FGs)

It was on 8th of March in 1989. There was no special name of the league, just USSR championship (Чемпионат СССР in russian )

Doe anyone know the record for the now defunct NEBL?

I think David Bergström of Norrköping had 43 in a win against CSKA.

luckyshow, thanks for joining the forum and for the posts. I hope you get a lot of good information here. I enjoyed going through your website and checking out some of those scores, especially the international and amateur leagues. I seem to recall you posting a lot on the APBR discussion group.
