Will take place this Monday and Thursday at Nokia Arena, Tel Aviv.
All three games will be aired, as usual, by Israel's Channel 1.
Maccabi Haifa's Doron Perkins is still injured and likely be out for the game, and maybe for the season.

    Semi Finals (16.2)
Hapoel Holon vs. Ironi Naharia (17:00 CET)
Hapoel Jerusalem vs. Maccabi Haifa (19:45 CET)

What buzzer beating triple by Tolbert

It would be a crime if referees won't count it

Nice fast paced game, by the way ... no defense whatever, but damn fun to watch

Wow! Two semis with two great endings. Had tons of fun watching.
When is the final due to be played? Same link? Any third place game?

All the answers are the opening message....
There will be no 3rd place game, final at 19:45 CET.

    Semi finals
Hapoel Holon 79 Ironi Naharia 76
Maccabi Haifa 67 Hapoel Jerusalem 66

Maybe no the best of games bball wise but very entertaining to watch.
Sadly both outcomes mean no full house at thursday (Today's attendance around 8000), the same amount at thursday will be a surprise.
The good side is that there will be a new cup holder-both finalists never won the title before-Holon lost all previous 6 matches, Haifa lost two.

And we though we saw it all didn't we...
A huge three pointer by Brian Tolbert a second to go gave Hapoel Holon its first ever state cup and second title in two years
    Hapoel Holon 69 Maccabi Haifa 68 Attendance:10500~
better game the the two semi finals, but not by much. The two crowds of both teams compensated that.

    Terrific final

The only thing that spoiled the celebrations was a refereeing : they whistled a way too much . I seriously think that cup & championship finals should be officiated by foreign referees .

The Biggest Heart prize of course goes to Ido Kozikaro & Chris Watson

The Biggest Balls prize winner is Brian Tolbert . Certainly the guy got that minerals ... I just wonder how he didn't make a big career in Europe

Toda raba for providing the links. Awesome tension in the final as in the two semis before. That final shot... a dream.
