Lior Eliyahu will play, sattled his things with Sherf

Israel is fully loaded, with Limonad,Casspi,Watson,Nir Cohen, and Yogev Ohayon who joined the National, we're fu**in deadly they give so much,
I can't see why this time we will need the last chance tournement.

The funny thing, is like the journalist Ron Kofman,
you say "oh this is a shame, they suck", and after that "yeah, we all knew what they worth and how good they are, as I thought it will be".

comeback after Eurobasket 2009 and we'll talk.

I don't know if I'd say "fully loaded." It's sad that Bluthenthal, Ohanon and Nissim didn't want to join. I hope Burstein will be able too and not sure what's up with Hagag.

With that said, the combo of Halperin, Limonad, Casspi and Eliyahu will be intriguing. Then add Ohayon. That's a decent young nucleus. With Green, Kozikaro, and hopefully Burstein and Hagag adding experience.

With that said, I would still feel better with Blatt as the coach.

Israel has a good squad, we'll see how they'll do.

Here's the link for live broadcast. If it doesn't open Media Player when you click it, then paste it to your Media Player (File->Open URL).

What a game, Tapiro was pretty good in 3rd q. , but something happened to him in the last minutes of the 4th & he started to throw 3pts bricks

Israel NT was -1 with 3 secs remaining and Brits to throw 2 FT ... and a miracle happened : Reinking put the 1st FT in, missed his second , Tapiro got a rebound under the basket with 1 sec left ... and this dumbass Reinking fouled on him.

Tapiro made both FT -> overtime, there only the beast Deng did something for Brits , all others it seems were still in shock from the 4th quarter ending ... Deng made his 5th foul - end of the story - Israel won.

I was pretty surprised by the British NT, I have to say. Deng was good, making impossible shots with style, but some others shined too - Sullivan, Freeland and Leven were pretty good: quick, athletic , fighting for every ball. I can't say it's one person's team like Dirk & German NT .

    An awfull game by Israel.
Tapiro was OK, mostley in the 3rd quarter, Eliyahu made some nice moves, but Halperin is disaster.

Only a hugh mistake by Rainking and supporting whistle by Sudek, saved Israel from a bad openning.

    Post Israeli National Team

This summer - The European Championship.
Israel will face F.Y.R. of Macedonia, Croatia, Greece. What are the chances?

How will the NT look like? Who are the leaders? Do we need a naturalized player? In which position?
